What I did
- Built a new website that’s fast, easy to book from, and set up to be found on Google, including their Google Business Profile.
- Ran Facebook and Instagram campaigns to reach women dealing with hair loss who had never heard of KHG, including partnership ads with creators on Facebook and Instagram.
- Created landing pages that answer questions and build trust before people book.
- Set up online booking with Calendly and a booking process that cuts no-shows.
- Added an AI chat agent to the website with Chatway, so questions get answered day and night.
- Built email marketing in Klaviyo to keep interest warm and bring people back for each new event.
- Ran PR outreach to get KHG featured in the media.
- Manage their YouTube channel so people can see real results before they book.
The results
- Doubled their events and their staff in the past four months
- Grew from one salon to a roadshow across Ireland, the UK and Spain, including their first event in Spain
- Events book out in two to four weeks
- Built an email list of 1,000 subscribers in the first two months
- Grew their Facebook page by 2,000 followers to 18,000
